Notes:
1) Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery. Rush charges occur if order is desired prior to 15 working days.
2) 50% retainer is due at signing of service agreement to reserve time and date. (additional options available)
3) Scotty O. photo maintains possession of negatives / images and holds rights for various uses, unless otherwise noted.
4) Standard coverage format is Professional Digital / 35MM. (Medium format available for 20% additional.)
5) Scotty O. photo is the official photographer. Any others shooting photos will be permitted at our discretion.
6) Full Payment is required prior to event date. (Refer to service agreement)
7) In the event that Scotty O. photo or staff fails to comply with the terms of the service agreement, Scotty O. photo's liability is limited to the amount of the deposits.
8) In the event of postponement or cancellation of the event, all deposits/payments are non-refundable, however may be applied toward future events or orders at Scotty O. photo's discretion.
9) Unless otherwise specified, associate photographer(s) may perform services on behalf of Scotty O. photo.
10) All hours in packages are consecutive.
11) There will be a minimum $5.00 charge for shipped orders. Please call for a quote.

Comments:

There will be a $25.00 charge on all returned checks, plus costs of collections. A late charge of $25.00 will be added to balance if payment is not made on the date due. A 2% monthly fee will be assessed to past due accounts.
